Our Impact

Since Te Whakaora Tangata was established as a Charitable Trust in 2010, we've helped to transform the lives of over 1600 of the highest-risk families – positively impacting more than 5600 vulnerable children.

We have partnered with Impact Lab, co-founded by Sir Bill English, to calculate our social value. They have calculated a Social Return on Investment of 753% - meaning that that for every $1 that is invested in Te Whakaora, we deliver $7.53 of measurable social good to New Zealand in reduced family violence, reduced addiction, reduced reoffending, improved employment, and improved mental health.
